This music label was started by Canadian independent artist Ember Swift more than six years ago. It only represents the music of Ember Swift, but proudly operates as a resource centre for other artists wishing to follow the D.I.Y. approach. It is an entrepreneurial success story (and hard-work story!), and currently operates with three full-time employees, one part-time employee and several contracted staffers and volunteers. This company believes in ART FIRST, BUSINESS SECOND, which always keeps "the focus in focus."
